PROCESSING TIME
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches, re-stocks and promotions.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and all International Orders are shipped via DHL Ecommerce Or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method selected by the customer during purchase.

TAXES & DUTIES 
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). Saturday the Label is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. Please Note: there are NO customs duties incurred on parcels into the United States. 
If you refuse a shipment from Saturday the Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order to Saturday the Label. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back. 
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it. By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all of the shipping terms.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer FREE 30 Day returns for exchanges or store credit.
  • If you choose an exchange or store credit you will not be charged for the return shipping label and your return shipping cost for an exchange will be free. 
  • We only offer one free exchange, after that shipping will be charged. 
  • Underwear can’t be returned for any reason. Please check our size guide and choose carefully.
  • Please note that due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges. 

SALE ITEMS

  • We offer 14 day returns on sale items for an exchange or store credit.
  • If you choose to exchange or apply for a store credit you will be charged $9 for your return shipping label, but the return shipping cost for your exchange back to you will be free! You can also choose to send the return back to us using a service of your choice.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items. 

REFUNDS

  • We offer refunds on full priced orders received back to us within 14 days from the day your order has been fulfilled.  
  • If you use our returns label, we will deduct $9 from your refund or you can choose to send the return back to us using a service of your choice. 
  • Returned funds can take up to 6 business days to be processed back to your bank account, depending on your payment method this can vary. 
  • All refunds will be processed back via your original payment method. 
  • We do not refund original shipping fees for your order. 

OTHER RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All returns must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Garments that have been worn, have marks or perfume cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • We process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please return and exchange items in the provided packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
  • Store credit is issued via a Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 12 months from date of issue. 
  • Gift cards can not be refunded. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • For customers outside of Australia, we can offer a store credit, exchange or refund on items returned within 45 days. 
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping for orders outside of Australia.
  • Duties, taxes, shipping charges and VAT are not refunded on international returns.

    Our sizes come in extra-small, small, small double d, medium, large, extra large and extra extra large. You should select the size most similar to your usual cup size and swimwear size.

    We use a safe and secure payment gateway for all transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and many international cards. We also accept AfterPay, PayPal, Layby, Klarna, Shop Pay, Shop Humm and Zip Pay.

    Saturday intimates are delicate and intricate, therefore must be cold hand-washed with a gentle soap. Do not soak your intimates for too long. Do not wash your intimates in warm or hot water. Do not wash your intimates in the washing machine.

    Do not tumble dry. Dry flat in shade. Store your garments in the lingerie box or bag to keep safe from taring or pulling. Intimates that have been cared and handled incorrectly and are damaged cannot be refunded. For more information on how to wash and care for your intimates, see here.
