Christmas order cutoff for deliveries within Australia

We are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas:

  • Standard¬†Post ‚Äď 13 December 2021
  • Express Post ‚Äď 20 December 2021

*Excludes to and from Perth and Darwin.

Christmas cutoff dates for sending overseas

You can find the last lodgement dates for all our international destinations listed on the Australia Post website.

For both domestic and international, items sent after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.


Australia + New Zealand | Standard Shipping 

  • Australian orders¬†$100¬†or over have¬†FREE standard¬†shipping
  • Australian orders under¬†$100 will incur a flat fee of¬†$7¬†standard shipping
  • New Zealand orders¬†$100 or over have¬†FREE standard¬†shipping
  • New Zealand orders¬†under¬†$100 will incur a flat fee of¬†$11¬†standard shipping
Standard shipping in Australia and New Zealand can take between 4-6 business days. 

    Australia and New Zealand | Express Shipping

      • All Australian orders¬†are a flat¬†fee of¬†$10¬†for express¬†shipping
      • All¬†New Zealand orders¬†are a flat¬†fee of¬†$15¬†for¬†express¬†shipping
    Express shipping to Australia can be requested at checkout and can take up to 1-2 business days to be delivered. Express shipping to New Zealand can be requested at checkout and can take up to 3-4 working days to be delivered.

      International | Standard Shipping (AUD)

      • FREE¬†worldwide shipping for orders over $250
      • International¬†orders under $250 will incur a flat fee of $25¬†standard shipping

      Shipping fees and customs charges are not included.

      Delivery details

      Orders placed between Monday - Friday, prior to 2pm, will be processed the same business day, even if standard postage is selected.

      Purchases made on Friday after 2pm, Saturdays or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday. Purchases made on public holidays will be sent the following working week day. 

      If your order is required urgently please contact us at and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24hrs.

      Please note that during sale periods additional delays to the above timing will be experienced. We will endeavour to get the orders out within 2 business days during new product launches and sale periods.

      International orders
      International orders are sent via tracked regular post, delivery will take between 10-15 working days, plus 1 working day to be packaged and sent. This has been increased due to COVID boarder restrictions and limited flights to international destinations. If you are outside of Australia and wish to get your item quicker than the above times, please select the international express option at checkout. International express shall ensure you receive your order within 7 business days. 

      Customs charges
      Please note that Saturday the Label is not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes that may charged to you. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all customs related charges.

      Order confirmation
      You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched.
