Returns Policy

We understand shopping online is a little risky. Will it look good on me? How will it fit? Is the fabric as nice as it looks in the photos? So we have a simple and easy returns process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer 30 day returns for exchanges or store credit.
  • Underwear can’t be returned for any reason. Please check our size guide and choose carefully.
  • Please note that due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges.

SALE ITEMS

  • We offer 14 day returns on sale items for an exchange or store credit.
  • If you choose to exchange or apply for a store credit you will be charged $9 for your return shipping label. You can also choose to send the return back to us using a service of your choice.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items. We also do not accept underwear back under any circumstances due to health regulations.

REFUNDS

  • We offer refunds on full priced orders received back to us within 14 days from the day your order has been fulfilled. 
  • If you use our returns label, we will deduct $9 from your refund or you can choose to send the return back to us using a service of your choice.
  • Returned funds can take up to 6 business days to be processed back to your bank account, depending on your payment method this can vary.
  • All refunds will be processed back via your original payment method.
  • We do not refund original shipping fees for your order.

OTHER RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All returns must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Garments that have been worn, have marks or perfume cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • We process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please return and exchange items in the provided packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
  • Store credit is issued via a Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Gift cards can not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • For customers outside of Australia, we can offer a store credit, exchange or refund on items returned within 45 days.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping for orders outside of Australia.
  • Duties, taxes, shipping charges and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@saturdaythelabel.com to arrange your return.
  • Ensure you keep your tracking number so that we are able to track your items.

PRODUCT ISSUES

  • If you believe there is an issue with your product and it is within the 14-Day return period, we ask that you please process your return through our returns portal as a faulty or damaged item.
  • If you believe there is an issue with your product and its outside of the 14-Day return period please reach out to our customer service team at info@saturdaythelabel.com and include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

HOW TO START A RETURN

All you need to do is click on this link and you’ll find yourself at our returns portal. Once you’ve entered your order number and your email address, the return process will begin.
