Covid-19 Updates

As we are Sydney based our dispatch times are still as per our 'Shipping' page. Please rest assured our warehouse is still operating and orders placed before 12pm will most likely still be packed and sent off the same day, purchases made after 12pm or on weekends will be packed & sent the following working day.

With parts of Australia and New Zealand in different levels of lockdown the postal network is experience some slight shipping delays while Australia Post manages delivering higher quantities at a lower capacity. If you want your order quickly, we do recommend using the Express Post option. 

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time, and we are so grateful for your orders. 


We have currently suspended some international locations with the exception of New Zealand, USA, Canada and some select countries in Europe and Asia. 

We apologise for any inconvenience, but due to limitations with flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee delivery windows and want to be as transparent as possible. 

Returns Policy Update:

We understand that while there are limited planes and handling with the mail system at present, that receiving and sending back your purchase for exchange or refund is not likely to happen within our usual 14 day period. 

We have now extended this to a 30 day period for domestic orders and 60 days for international orders. Should your return fall outside of this period we can assess on a case to case basis.
