Covid-19 Updates

With a surge in online bookings due to the Covid-19 lockdowns, we have seen disruptions across our entire partnered carrier network.

We're currently seeing a 1-3 day delay in transit times in most areas and as such, we have implemented a banner both in App and across all tracking pages to better align customer expectations.

----- Information on delays ------

With parts of Australia and New Zealand in different levels of lockdown the postal network is experience some slight shipping delays while Australia Post manages delivering higher quantities at a lower capacity. If you want your order quickly, we do recommend using the Express Post option. 

As we are Sydney based our dispatch times are still as per our 'Shipping' page for domestic orders. Please rest assured our warehouse is still operating and orders placed before 12pm will most likely still be packed and sent off the same day, purchases made after 12pm or on weekends will be packed & sent the following working day.

International deliveries may take longer to arrive than usual. Limited flights have caused delays for some international deliveries. Please see updated details on Australia Posts website here:

We have currently suspended some international locations with the exception of New Zealand, USA, Canada and some select countries in Europe and Asia.

To be safe, please add an additional 5 days to our New Zealand order times.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but due to limitations with flights and a huge uplift in parcels going through the postal network we can no longer guarantee delivery windows and want to be as transparent as possible.
