PROCESSING TIME
All orders are shipped out within 1 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders placed before 11am will be packed and shipped same day.   Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches, re-stocks and promotions.
SHIPPING METHOD
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and all International Orders are shipped via DHL Ecommerce Or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method selected by the customer during purchase.

RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Maldives, India, certain countries in Africa & the Pacific.

TAXES & DUTIES
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). Saturday the Label is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. Please Note: there are NO customs duties incurred on parcels into the United States.
If you refuse a shipment from Saturday the Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order to Saturday the Label. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it. By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all of the shipping terms.
