We understand that shopping online is always a little risky. Will it look good on me? How will it fit? Is the fabric as nice as it looks in the photos? Thats why if your bra simply doesn't fit, we're happy to replace it with the correct size for free.
While we hate for you to receive anything less than perfect, items which are faulty can be exchanged or refunded.
Underwear (briefs, g-strings and bodysuits) cannot be refund or exchanged at any point due to Australian Health Regulations.
Styles that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with swing tags attached and original invoices. Items that have been worn, are damaged, have make-up marks or perfume cannot be returned.
Items that are returned will be posted at the shoppers own expense. We will however cover the postage when we send the replacement item back to you.
There is no refund on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes. This includes all items purchased through online specials and sale discounts.
If your item is eligible to return, please follow these steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a unique return number. Then
fill out the returns form provided in your parcel and send it back to us at with your allocated returns number:
